DAILY REPORT (11/10/2017)

Hello.. Today we were not doing much thing in the kitchen. Honestly today we were going to make baguette from B Class's sourdough starter. Unlucky, the starter were failed, so it ruined everything. Sir Faisal told us to search more tips about sourdough starter, to prevent it failed again. So we're doing it. 
What I got were :
  • They using whole wheat flour and rye flour to make starter with biggest successful persentage 80%, but it didn't available in our college, maybe we have to buy it? 
  • When they feed the sourdough starter, water and flour must equal with the sourdough starter. 
  • There are some people when the starter isn't firm enough, they add more flour, but there are another people who throw away the sediment liquid above. 
  • The important things we must do is we must feed it everyday with equal amount on the same time with yesterday.
  • There is people used yogurt to get the bacteria from yogurt.
While we were busy to find more references about sourdough starter, suddenly Sir Faisal told us to gather in the class. 10 person must went to Gammara Hotel to held Seminar Hasil Penelitian Mandiri. So me and my friend went there as fast as we could. In the Seminar we got more information about research, how to do best at presentation, we got lunch, coffee break, certification, and transport fee. We were back again at campus on 16.00. We took our bag and went to our home.
