Strainer

Strainer is an utensil that is most used in the kitchen. This strainer function is to strain liquids aways from other ingredients but also to ocassionally shift fine ingredients away from larger ingredients. The strainer may be formed as a spoon-shaped utensil or a basket-shaped strainer from various material such as metal, nylon or cloth. this strainer have different thickness to strain the ingredients it depends on what we need.
Strainers are made from various materials such as stainless steel, tinned steel, alumunium, nylon, and cloth. The construction of the different types of strainer varies from light weight to heavy duty with farmer that are quite strong and durable to hold the anticpated contents. Some strainer have formed edges with "hooks" which allow the sieve to rest on top of the bowls while the contents are being drained. A strainer is also reffered to as a "Sieve". To Clean this strainer, just remove the dirt with soap and then wash it with warm water, rinse it, dry and store it with another utensil.
