DAILY REPORT (8/11/2017)

Hello guys..

This week seriously we were so busy, and always went home very late. And we have 600 pax bread for pre-order. Actually I already promised Ulhy to help her making the bread. But suddenly Sir Faisal told me to in charge in 1st semester, taught them to make croissant. But I keep helping Ulhy made the bread. I taught them too about sourdough. How to make sourdough, and what is the benefit of using sourdough starter.

Today Sir Faisal check our Ketupat that we made yesterday and Praise of the Lord that my Ketupat is great. And tomorrow we have to come on 7 o'clock to continued our bread. This is a few photos that I took today.

HISTORY The SAMOSA probably travelled to India along ancient trade routes from Central Asia.
