DAILY REPORT (7/11/2017)

Hi..

Back again to the kitchen, Today we were continued our job yesterday, we were making sourdough white pan bread and the result was very good, it was really soft and hollow, and it has different aroma with using instant yeast, but it was little bit sour.

And we were making pia too, but we were out of shortening, so we were using butter but the result was different from yesterday, so I higly recommended using shortening to make Pia cake

And today we were making Ketupat too. I was really struggle with this because I never made this before, but I finally did it and I proud of myself hehehehe

HISTORY The SAMOSA probably travelled to India along ancient trade routes from Central Asia.
