Same as yesterday, today we were making croissant again but with more love and care. Because of to much love and care my croissant was failed XD hahaha Yeah.. we have to scale it 30 gr for each croissant. And same as yesterday my partner were Shendy, Hardy and little help from Wahyu.
Our Danish were filled with chocolate and oatmeal.. And this is a few peek of our product yesterday..
