DAILY REPORT 12/10/2017

Back again in the kitchen. Yesterday was my schedule in charge in MTB 3-A. But we were busy to arrange and filled our data for our certification lvl 3 (LSP). Yesterday MTB 3-A were doing ALA CARTE 1. It was hard to watching on them while i was really busy with my certification. But the best as I could, I watched them cooking and sometimes give them some advice to do more.

HISTORY The SAMOSA probably travelled to India along ancient trade routes from Central Asia. Small, crisp mince-filled triangles that were easy to make around the campfire during night halts, then conveniently packed into saddlebags as snacks for the next day's journey.
