DAILY REPORT (22/08/2017)
Hello guys, it's such a long day for me.. today we had disgrace moment because of our failed product.. hahaha.. It such a great lesson for me to be better in the future. Our failure is a great start to be success person in the future, because from our failure we can learn how to fix our failure and from our failure we already know what we shouldn't do to avoid the failure.
Today Sir Faisal told us to made French Bread and Toast Bread. One of my product failed, and that's the toast bread. Today my partner is Aulia Pradina Putri again, same as yesterday. We failed to made toast bread because of our proofing process didn't enough and we already bake it. That's our fault and tomorrow we will repeat again to make a toast bread until we success.
One of my success product is French Bread. It's really basic but still some of my friends failed to made this. So to make a French Bread we have to follow the step properly. From the mixing process we have to mix it until elastic (dull). Then move to proofing process, you have to proof it until double size. After the first proofing, mold it into long shape about 65 cm, and proof it again about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes proof, notch the surface of the dough just like this.
