DAILY REPORT (10/08/17)

Hello everyoneee.. I want to sharing about my incharge day. So today me and my group incharge in 3rd semester. And the menu was our menu when we're final. Everythings going just like usual, they're one line, and before our practicing we take a pray first and then we're explain the menu and devide their job. After that we start to prepare everything. By the way our menu is Western Menu :

Actually my responsibility is in the Appetizer section with Gietha Ramadhany but finally in the end i was controlled in all section, starting from Appetizer, Main Course and dessert. Just like before, there's always a problem but we resolve it well and actually we dont have serious problem so everythings okay. My hope for 3rd semester, you have to work more faster, more cleaning, and more becareful, you have to learn more from your senior, and dont be shy asking to your senior, you have to learn more to teach more to your junior. Thank you for today and i hope you don't fast to give up in the future. That's all for today and here some pictures we have today..
