Function : To proofing bread in hot temperature
Material : Metal
Cleaning : 
Turn off the machine, let it cold, wipe inside of the proof box, and for the rack wash it with dishwasher soap just like usually






EXHAUST HOOD
Function : 
to removes airborne grease, combustion products, fumes, smoke, odors, heat, and steam from the air by evacuation of the air and filtration
Material : Metal
Cleaning : remove the filter, rinse the dusk and star using dishwater soap, scrub, rinse, and drain.





FOOD PROCESSOR
Function : chopping, mixing, grinding, and pureeing
Material : Metal with plastic pot
Cleaning : Remove the pot and wash with dishwasher pot

HISTORY The SAMOSA probably travelled to India along ancient trade routes from Central Asia. Small, crisp mince-filled triangles that were easy to make around the campfire during night halts, then conveniently packed into saddlebags as snacks for the next day's journey. Pecans are a type of nut produced by the Hickory tree and are native to the south-central region of the United States and Mexico.
