DAILY REPORT (25/10/2017)

Hi guys.. welcome back to my post, sorry for my late posting, because it was really busy week, and yesterday we had 1300 pax snack box so we were really working hard for everything. So yesterday, we were already divided our job. 

I was arrived at campus on 7 o'clock, and started to prepare the ingredients for bread (shredded carrot, shredded potatoes, glass noddle, leek, celery, and chunk of fish) with Gietha, Tasya, and Aulia, while my other friends were preparing for the boxes and chocolate pudding. After the filling was ready and we started to make the dough. I was helping Ulhy to make the bread. But unfortunately we just made 160 pcs. And it was already 17.00. First Ulhy was make 3 kg of dough, and the 2nd time, 3 kg again but we can't finished it because of the time, and other class already arrived at the kitchen so we over handling it to them. And our pudding was finished.

We all back to our home and the next day we must come at 6 o'clock in the morning because we have to package the snack box and it must ready at 9 o'clock.
