DAILY REPORT (05/09/2017)

HIIIII.. Guest what??? TODAY IS MY BORNDAYYYY... YEAHHHHH.. hahahaha
I'm so so so so so so so happy today.. Actually I didn't expect anything today. I thought everything was going just like normally. And i got wrong. hahaha.. I got so much surprised today. And today I realize that so many people loves me. I love them so much. I'm so thankful because of that.



When I entered the classroom, suddenly all of my friends sang birthday song. They were so loud but I love them. Iskandar just came into our class and I requested him to singing the birthday song and he sang for me

We started our presentation while we were waiting Sir Faisal. He got trapped in the traffic. So the presentation began with Erwing presentation about "Sagu". After that Aye turned, his presentation was about "Gula Merah". In the middle of the presentation, my friends gave me surprise again.

After Erwing and Aye done with their presentation, we were waiting Sir Faisal. Sir Faisal arrived. And we were starting to make sugar dough (pie mousse and pie brownies) and pie dough (chicken pie). Me and Puspita were making pie brownies.

To make a Brownies Pie, we had to make a new sugar dough. Actually yesterday we already made sugar dough and pie dough. But to make brownies pie, the sugar dough have to half baked it first, and we add the brownies batter and bake it again.

Me and Puspita divided our job. I was making the brownies batter and Puspita was making the sugar dough. For Brownies batter, I need :


Butter                      250 g
Sugar                      250 g
Egg                             5 pcs
Flour                      250 g
Baking Powder          5 g
Salt                       as needed

I was using batter cream method to creat the creamy texture. First mix butter and sugar until pale. Then add the eggs one by one. After that add the combined dry ingredients 1/2 and 1/2. Mixed until well and the batter is ready to use. Pipe it onto the sugar dough. Brownies Pie is ready to bake. Bake under 180 degrees.

We just made the Brownies Pie today, but we'll sell it tomorrow. We just sell Mousse Pie and Chicken Pie for today. For 1 whole pie, we sell it Rp 60.000,-. For 1 slice, Rp 15.000,-. If you interest with our product and want to order some pie, please do not be shy to write the comment bellow..

this is the rest batter so I made this cupcake brownies, but i put chocolate in there.
I though it'll be malted but I got wrong.
Maybe I should use chocolate jam for the filling.


This is the mango that Sir Faisal gave me as my birthday present.
He said that today is Mango's Day.
That why he gave me this.
