BACANG LOCAL MARKET

Last Friday we went to "Bacang Local Market" to continue our task about ingredients' price list. Bacang Local Market is located in Bacan street. It was the first time for my friends went to there because this is Chinese's market. You can find many chinese's ingredients in there pork, dry ingredients, sauces, etc. My friends were so happy came in there. The people were so nice to us and respect us. Headman in there was so welcome to us. And here it is the price list that we found in there.

HISTORY The SAMOSA probably travelled to India along ancient trade routes from Central Asia. Small, crisp mince-filled triangles that were easy to make around the campfire during night halts, then conveniently packed into saddlebags as snacks for the next day's journey.
