DAILY REPORT (09/08/17)

Yesterday we were busy to prepare the menu for the guests from Swiss Contact and today they are coming to our place. Mr. Wawan introduced the kitchen first, and introduced us to them too. After that we devided to small group and picked our partner, then we started to make our food. My partner's name is Sanja Copic, she's so kind and friendly, we have so much thing to share each other, espesially sharing about our Traditional food. we're together with Tasya and Outdrei making Brenaboun Soup.

So before starting making soup, i explained the recipe to them first, step by step and then starting to make it. Actually Brenaboun Soup is really simple to make, so we have so much time to sharing each other and visit other section too. We just meet today, and it feel so fast to say goodbye.. I'm lucky to meet them and to having sharing together, its really such a great experience and I hope I can meet them again maybe in another time and another place.. See you when i see you guys..

HISTORY The SAMOSA probably travelled to India along ancient trade routes from Central Asia.
